How Do I Book The Spectrum Band For My Event?

It's as easy as 1-2-3:
  1. Review the page with our current schedule and make sure that Spectrum Band is still available for your date. If your date is already booked, check the time of the performance (if listed) to determine if it conflicts with your time requirements. We can perform two times on the same date if logistics allow for this option.

    Note: If The Spectrum Band is not available for your date, you can still contact Tim and he will suggest other bands for you.

  2. Contact Spectrum Band's manager, Tim Callihan, via e-mail (tim@spectrumband.net) or telephone (314-434-7153) to request a contract or if you have additional questions.

  3. Complete the contract and return it with a deposit of $500 to the address included on the contract to guarantee your date. The only critical information that’s necessary to book the band is the date of the performance and we can amend the contract as many times as needed as your plans evolve.

Basic Services

Note: A typical wedding reception will require music for four hours. This includes dinner music for approximately one hour followed by three hours of traditional events associated with this celebration. These events are typically bride/groom first dance, father/daughter-mother/groom-bridal party dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and then dance music for guests.

Additional Services

To get a current price list including costs for additional services and other options, send an email message to: pricelist@spectrumband.net.  Please include any pertinent information about your needs such as type of event, date, time, location, and any other information that you think would be helpful to know. Also, please tell us how you found our web site, e.g., Google search, link from other web site (which one?), referral, magazine ad, etc., as this helps us know what marketing tools are working best for us. Your name and a telephone number are optional. We are willing to offer discounted pricing to some organizations hiring the band for charity benefits and/or high visibility events, i.e., large public audiences. Contact Tim for more details if this applies to you.

Our contracts are designed to allow you to easily customize your event with the additional services listed above. A signed contract along with a deposit of $500 are required to reserve your date. You have the option to add any of the additional services to your contract at any time prior to your event so it’s not necessary to know all details at the time you book the band.
